I have a new toy - I got Ript!! And you can too!!
www.ript.com is a new site a friend introduced me to - I used it to create the pictures you see on my blog of the latest posts. It creates a scrapbook page and you can put anything you want on there from your computer or the internet. Then save it as a jpeg file so it is easily transferred or as a ript file that is a bit more interactive but not as easily transferrable. I am still learning how to use it. If you try it out...let me know what you think!!

First Post and Disclaimer!
I've been trying to figure out a way to post houses that I think are great deals for Buyers. I had started a web page that had a list of properties but it was difficult to edit. I'm going to try this blog and see how that goes. It is certainly easy enough to add properties and it seperates them into seperate posts so I can edit them if necessary. Or I can make a new post with updates.
Here is the disclaimer part...the houses are from a variety of sources - my own listings, other agents, and for sale by owners. I, as a licensed Realtor, can help you with any of the properties listed on this site just email me and let me know how I can help. I'll post the FMLS numbers, when they are available, for each property so you can go to any of the real estate search engines that pull from FMLS and find more information on the properties yourself - if you want to do the footwork.
